“90% plus of the time is on a boat with very little time for snorkeling (maybe 30 minutes tops) and you will need to be very fast if you are going to do any kayaking or paddle boarding. The time spent doing activities feels very rushed. However, there is good service for drinks and the lunch is excellent and the location for lunch is great. However I would not recommend this tour. Perhaps if we went to two locations rather then three it would have felt less rushed with more time for activities.”

The views were amazing, going over the waves in a speed boat was fun, and more importantly - we got to have multiple sighting of whales and dolphins! At the Islands we had 2 stops. “My family most enjoyed the adventure into the Hidden Beach. If you stay calm, breast stroke in, and follow your guides instructions you will be fine. It only takes seconds to clear the lowest point and then your clear as the cave opens up. It helps to have cardio stamina as well. I saw terrified faces as we were exiting and they were entering. Staying calm is key. After, we went snorkeling. Our guide took the time to show us how to properly secure our snorkel gear. It was truly an unforgettable experience.”

“There are lots of dive shops in Puerto Vallarta and this one is definitely one of the best. The staff is very friendly and helpful. You won’t need to set up your own gear or even lift it out of the water. Unfortunately, the waters were murky at Arcos and there wasn’t much to see. I went back the following day to the Marietas Islands, and the diving was much better. You’ll get a piece of fruit and a ham and cheese sandwich, but I’d advise bringing your own food. They say to bring cash for your fees and gratuities; however, you can just charge it and pay the 5%…”

“Wow! We were smiling ear to ear the entire time. Everything about this excursion was top notch. The visit to the Hidden Beach is not to be missed on a trip to Puerto Vallarta. We felt so lucky to have Eduardo as our guide. He was super knowledgeable, very friendly, and really went a over and beyond to make this a special trip. “We have been on the same tour with Vallarta Adventures and it was so much better. This tour tries to up sale you from the minute you get onboard. You won’t see any blue footed boobies on this tour unless you pay extra to go closer to shore in a smaller boat. The chairs are extremely uncomfortable and the crew does no entertaining on the way back. The other tours engage the guests and time goes very fast. We learned our lesson to stick with Vallarta Adventures next time we entertain our guests from out of town.”

“What an amazing trip! Worth the price! We had a great captain and great guide. We were one of the first groups that got to enter the hidden beach for the day. It is breathtaking. The swim in was a bit intense but they provided safety gear and ensured that everyone in our group made it in and out safely. Snorkeling near the island was amazing and we even saw dolphins and a whale on our trip! Vallarta Adventures was well organized and we would certainly book another excursion through them!”

“Why do you send me thus when I didn't go? I got violently ill and couldn't go. Your company refused my request for a refund due to some stupid 24 hour policy. I didn't want to cancel. There was no way I could get on a boat. I get policy, but that one just cost you a customer. Especially after I booked all of our excursions through your company.
