“The trip would have been a 5 but for 2 reasons. First, the trip was advertised as a 6 hour trip. It ended up being 8 hours. Second, we were paired up with a wrong crowd group. The guide did his best to accommodate the group. A person in our group had walking impairments this significantly slowed the group down. Too much passage of time went by. I recommend that it is advertised that people must be able to walk in unpaved areas that are rocky, etc. If a person has a walking limitations they should be put with a different group. We had a lot of down time that…”

Likewise, too much time at the opal place and feeling pressured to buy something with every clerk claiming to be the manager and therefore able to mark the price down.
