“Great tour in a great city. Our guide, Silvia, is a Mexican citizen with tons of knowledge about Mexico and PV. And not just food but Mexico's rich history and it's relation to local cuisine styles and ingredients. I did not realize how easy it is to eat vegan in PV. Next time we come back to PV it is very likely we will visit every restaurant on this tour and the many others found by chance. Silvia made it easy and the pace was perfect for us.
