“Booked the transfer service to the hotel from Puerto vallarta Airport. Emailed to confirm reservation to make sure that everything is accurate. Never received a response to my email. On the day of service, they required an additional $38 since the service to the hotel is in a different zone than booked. Of course it's too late to make any changes or cancel the transfer. You're pretty much held hostage at that point if you refuse to pay. All this could've been cleared up if they responded to the email in time for me to make changes to the reservation.”
