“On arriving at PVR we anticipated that someone would have our name on a sign or at least the transfer company would have clear signage. That was not the case. We did eventually find a Grayline representative and were instructed to wait in a lengthy line-up. After waiting for about twenty minutes we were told our name wasn't on the list. This was notwithstanding having clear confirmation through VIATOR and having even communicated to Grayline our flight info by e-mail. It took about ten minutes before the issue, with not being on the list, was resolved. We were then taken to yet another line-up where we waited an additional 20…”

“It took longer to get grayline transport than it took to get through immigration and customs! The scene immediately outside the airport was chaotic, with little direction as to where to line up for the grayline booth. Staff was friendly but they obviously did not have enough vehicles on site for those who booked transport.”

“Booked the transfer service to the hotel from Puerto vallarta Airport. Emailed to confirm reservation to make sure that everything is accurate. Never received a response to my email. On the day of service, they required an additional $38 since the service to the hotel is in a different zone than booked. Of course it's too late to make any changes or cancel the transfer. You're pretty much held hostage at that point if you refuse to pay. All this could've been cleared up if they responded to the email in time for me to make changes to the reservation.”

It literally took us approximately thirty minutes to locate our driver. Very stressful way to begin a vacation but once we were in our private vehicle all was good from there to our destination.”
